Processing time is between 2-5 days ..(This excludes holidays and bank holidays) 

                                                Processing time can increase due to the amount of orders.

Please be aware some custom wig orders may be shipped from an international country as not all our stock is located in London.

UK deliveries: 

Current Royal Mail Delivery Delays Due to Covid 19

The entire Royal Mail network is currently reporting delays in delivery times due to reduced staffing levels and high demand on the network.  This may cause delays in your package arriving (up to 4 extra days).  Please note that your order will be shipped after it has been processed, please check processing times above.

International deliveries:

Due to COVID19 please deliveries may be delayed, which is out of our control. Please allow up to 5 extra days. If your shipment is taking longer than expected we do suggest checking with the delivery company.

You will receive a generated tracking number to the email you provided us with, anywhere between the 1/5 business day. This means that during the processing time your tracking will only be updated once we have finished processing your order. Once the shipping company have collected it and scanned it will update. Please await the time frame given for your tracking to be updated.

To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot. It is the customers duty to ensure their shipping address is correct. We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re- send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £200 and a Flat Rate Shipping cost of £1.95 on all other orders. Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas, however outer regions can incur a longer delivery time. 

Please note we try our best to stock all the most popular styles and colours in store which will be sent out for delivery within 48 hours of order placement. Unfortunately due to a large range of colours and styles, if the item is not in stock we will notify you via email within 24 hours and delivery time is estimated between 5-7 business days.

Will I have to pay for custom fees and import taxes ?

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Hairbykele and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Hairbykele does not cover additional customs fee charges. Hairbykele is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.


 

Refund policy

We have a strict NO RETURNS policy due to health and hygiene reasons for our hair systems, bundles and glue products. This includes change of mind due to choice of style and/or colour or glue type. Please ensure the correct colour , style or glue preference is correctly chosen before purchasing. Please read the description before purchasing hair systems, bundles or glue to see what is best suited for you.

Hair lace systems/ Hair extensions

 Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.

Please ensure that you test all hair products by carrying out a 24 hour patch test before use. Please refer to the product pages for more details. 

We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.

Betterthemelt products 

Please ensure when purchasing any of our glues once opened , the contents are used within the first month after usage..

Our lace glue/products can expire within 3-6 months after purchase, even if it has never been opened.

When storing, the glue must be stored below 30/86 °F degrees in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight. If the glue is not stored at the correct temperature, the glue will harden. 

After each usage please ensure that the nozzle/nip is wiped clean to ensure that no glue residual nestles in that area.

This will ensure that the lid can be securely tightened airtight. This avoids exposing unnecessary air entering the bottle that would gradually deteriorate or harden the glue contents.

RETURNS:

Product returns: we do NOT ACCEPT the return of products unless damaged.  In such a case, please make a claim by emailing info@hairbykele.co.uk with clear photos of the damage along with proof of purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we will replace the product with the same, style and colour or glue chosen. The return of any product will not be accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. You must notify us via email and return the item within 28 days of receipt of order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

This does not impede on your statutory rights.

Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, whilst we understand orders may need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it once it has been processed.
