+ Hair care tips

Hair extensions aren’t always a breeze to take care of, but with the proper care, maintenance and reasonably small amount of commitment your extensions will continue to look and feel fabulous.

Treat your hair extensions as if it were your very own and enjoy looking gorgeous.

Use small amounts of product on your hair so it's not weighed down.

Do not brush wet hair as that is when hair follicles are at their most vulnerable.

At night sleep with a satin bonnet or satin pillow case to protect your hair.

When using heating tools, use a heat protectant.

Wash your hair at least every two weeks... Use sulfate free shampoo then rise. Next, apply a moisturizing conditioner from weft to tip. Don't be afraid to be generous!

To avoid damaging your hair extensions, the cuticles, and your scalp, shampoo with lukewarm water.

Wash the hair gently in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together as this will cause open cuticles to rub against each other causing friction.

Whilst wet, add 2-3 drops of natural oil such as Almond or Coconut by gently applying it evenly over the hair, these oils will penetrate the cuticles and add moisture.

Using a small amount of Argan, Almond or Coconut oil 2-3 times a week or when required. Argan oil is a great finishing oil for styling and frizz, however it's a dry oil and does not moisturize the hair as well as Almond or Coconut.

Gentle shedding is normal; However, your hair extensions should not shed excessively or any more than your own hair will.

Avoid shampoo and conditioning products which use Sulfates, Isopropyl Alcohol, Formaldehyde and Propylene Glycol, these are strong chemicals which will strip the hair of natural oils and leave them dry and sometimes damaged if used for a prolonged period of time.

Please note, the longer the hair, the thinner the wefts are going to be.

When bleaching or colouring the hair please seek professional help.

Our bundles are not bulk created so please allow the following time to receive your order. When purchased please allow up to 5 days for a tracking number to be sent to your email once dispatched. All orders will have to be signed for. If orders are not signed for will result in the packaging to be sent to your local depot.

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.

We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange. Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.

We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
