+ Hair care tips

HBK HD frontals are very thin and should be treated delicately to prevent them from either ripping or creating holes in the lace. We advised our clients and customers to not wear this everyday so it’s longevity can last.

We also advise to bleach the frontal and also customise it for a natural finish.
Disclaimer: when bleaching the knots please DO NOT over process the knots as this can cause shedding or cause the frontal to bald. We suggest checking the frontal when bleaching the knots frequently to prevent over-processing.

As our HD frontals are transparent we suggest tinting the lace if needed to your colour for a flawless finish.

Delivery and processing time: 3-14 days
Our frontals are not bulk created so please allow the following time to receive your order. When purchased please allow up to 5 days for a tracking number to be sent to your email once dispatched.
All orders will have to be signed for. If orders are not signed for will result in the packaging to be sent to your local depot.

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.

We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange. Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.

We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
